The option of online payment for the order allowed the VkusVill retail chain to scale to all their stores within a short period of time. Due to this, the customers – at that time in 49 cities of Russia, including cities with over a million residents – were able to order products from their closest stores with free delivery
Thanks to the integration with the partner logistics services, the client has significantly expanded its delivery area
The customers got the opportunity to book required items at the nearest VkusVill store and pick them up themselves
The users of the VkusVill food delivery service can ask any questions at any time in a separately implemented 24/7 support chat
During the lockdown, the Russian retail supermarket chain VkusVill obtained a reliable mobile application for groceries delivery
