In 2020, especially during the pandemic, when people were forced to stay at home, most daily routines moved online including grocery and consumer goods shopping. Magnit was not ready for that trend and had to develop an automated online shopping and delivery service within the shortest possible time to meet the customers' demand for online purchasing. That's when we came in.

Result
Hundreds of thousands of customers in 16 Russian cities (Moscow, Krasnodar, Ufa, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, etc.) finally got an opportunity to order groceries from the stores closest to them in no time;
Customers that were forced to stay at home during the pandemic received easy remote access to the product catalogue of their local stores. It has simplified the process of finding their home on a map and solved the issue of regular restock of groceries;
Express delivery to customer's door within an hour;
Despite significant system load, project planning and execution was finished in under three months;
As the deadline was met, the client adhered to its business plan and fulfilled all planned marketing activities.
